A four-story contemporary condominium building is going up along Southeast Belmont Street with 27 units. A co-housing project for retirees, the soon-to-be residents are also the developers. Plans include shared amenities and ground level parking for 25.
There is a library living room, a fireplace in the lobby, a wet bar for people to share and a media room on the ground floor adjacent to a retail space.

This $100 million project will resemble two multilayered office and retail buildings split by a walkable courtyard. It will provide 300,000 square feet of office space for technology and creative services companies moving to or already in the Portland market. The land was owned by Guardian Real Estate who sold it after just one year.
