This new four-floor, mixed-use building's plans include 65 units with landscaping and enclosed surface parking. The site was last sold for $2,750,000 on Aug. 1. The Division Street location was formerly home to the Tidbit Food Farm and Garden food cart pod, which moved out Nov. 1.

The expansion of Providence Park is expected to add 4,000 new seats to the stadium with the construction of three new floors and a larger eastern roof. The project also includes sidewalk widening and coverage along Southwest 18th Avenue.
This year and phase one include foundation and utility work.
This $50 million expansion is slated for completion April 2019.

This six-floor apartment building is slated to have 135 residential units and 11 live-work units above ground level parking (73 cars, 231 bike spots) and retail space. It will be an L-shape on three-quarters of the block between Northwest Quimby and Raleigh Streets. Completion is slated for 2018.
