This former city-owned block will soon be an eight-story office building. The plans include a 167,000 square-foot building with retail on the ground floor on the site that was already vacant.

Structured parking for 55 cars and bike valet operated by Go by Bike has space for 133 bikes with repair service, a coffee counter, showers and storage lockers.

Overlooking Fields Park, Vista Pearl is a 21-floor tower with plans that include 149 residential condos with two small retail spaces along Northwest 12th and Pettygrove Street. Plans include 168 parking spaces and 229 bike parking spaces in the 354,400 square-foot development.

The new Central Courthouse is estimated to cost $300 million and open in 2020. The project is anticipated to be 17 stories with 44 courtrooms. The entry to the new courthouse will have a grand stairway visible through a double-height glass on the corner entryway. For project information, visit:
