Body found in Cedar Mill Creek identified
The Washington County Sheriff's Office has identified the body of a man found in Cedar Mill Creek on Saturday.
He is Brian Fredrick Simons, 41, and an autopsy by the Oregon Medical Examiner's Office Monday determined his death to be "accidental," according to a news release from the sheriff's office.
Simons' body was discovered just before 4 p.m. Saturday. It was found a few hundred feet downstream from a small waterfall south of the intersection of Northwest Cornell Road and Northwest 119th Avenue in Cedar Mill.
