The summer is nearly over and it's time to start thinking about carpools and packed lunches. And time to restart your fitness routines! Enough of lazing around in the sun and having BBQs, it's the right time to buff up. Read on for tips to start your fall off right.
Schedule your workout time. It's hard to be consistent but if you schedule your workout like any other important to do item, you are halfway there. And to go along with scheduling, make it routine. Your fitness regime will be easier if it is part of your daily routine.
Make sure you get some resistance training. Moving some weight around will help your bones and joints and give you some lovely definition in those arms and legs. Resistance training also relieves stress. Ask one of the expert trainers at The Gym for suggestions.
