6/16 9:02 p.m. A 34-year-old man was lodged at Clackamas County Jail on a warrant for failure to appear-larceny.

ACCIDENTS

6/14 6:56 p.m. An accident was reported near A Avenue and 1st Street. No one was injured.

6/15 6:39 a.m. An accident was reported near Westlake Drive and Jefferson Parkway. No one was injured.

6/15 3:09 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near the 17100 block of Boones Ferry Road. No one was injured.

6/16 5:20 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near Kruse Way and Bangy Road. No one was injured.

6/17 5:58 a.m. An accident was reported near the 40 block of N State Street. No one was injured.

6/17 11:29 a.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near the 300 block of A Avenue. No one was injured.

6/17 5:06 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near the 16100 block of Boones Ferry Road. No one was injured.

6/18 4:06 p.m. An accident was reported near Hallmark Drive and Mercantile Drive. No one was injured.

6/18 4:10 p.m. Two vehicles collided near A Avenue and 10th Street. It was unknown if anyone was injured.

6/18 6:06 p.m. An accident was reported near West Sunset Drive and Bonaire Avenue. No one was injured.

6/20 7:45 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near the 4400 block of Lakeview Boulevard. No one was injured.

THEFTS

6/14 8:58 p.m. Beer was reported stolen near the 15400 block of Boones Ferry Road.

6/15 8:54 a.m. A laptop and wallet were stolen from a vehicle that may have been left unlocked near the 200 block of Cervantes.

6/15 2:27 p.m. A leaf blower was reported stolen near the 16500 block of Maple Circle.

6/15 2:55 p.m. A handicap placard was stolen from a vehicle that had a window open near the 50 block of S State Street.

6/15 7:58 p.m. A caller said a man stole from her and her company after she met him at a strip club and took him under her wing.

6/16 1:28 p.m. A bike was reported stolen near the 15600 block of Boones Ferry Road.

6/17 5:04 p.m. A burglary was reported at an undisclosed location.

6/18 9:27 a.m. Tools valued at $3,000 were stolen from a shed near the 17600 block of Boones Ferry Road.

6/18 4:27 p.m. Theft was reported after an ex-employee failed to return computers.

6/20 6:45 p.m. Items were stolen from a vehicle near the 100 block of Church Street.

STOLEN VEHICLES

6/14 6:21 a.m. A caller said his cousin stole his mom's car, then got involved in a hit-and-run accident and showed up back at the caller's house.

6/17 9:48 p.m. A vehicle was reported stolen near the 4700 block of Parkview Drive.

FRAUD

6/16 2:54 p.m. Fraud on a bank account was reported.

6/18 1:04 p.m. Fraud on a checking account was reported.

6/19 10:50 a.m. A man said he received a fraudulent check for an item he was selling.

6/19 4:41 p.m. A caller said scammers claiming to be from PGE asked them to bring $572.95 to an address before 5 p.m.

6/20 8:21 a.m. A worker who did drier vent cleaning had a check bounce after completing the job.

6/20 9:44 a.m. Check fraud was reported.

6/20 11:07 a.m. A caller said someone used his information for a traffic ticket.

6/20 3:36 p.m. A caller said he posted an ad for tutoring and someone sent a check asking him to deposit half and take the rest out in cash to be returned.

6/20 4:19 p.m. Unauthorized charges were made on a stolen credit card.

MISC.

6/14 7:13 a.m. A suspicious looking vehicle was seen near the 10 block of Jefferson Parkway.

6/14 8:34 a.m. Squatters were said to be leaving trash in a carport at an undisclosed location.

6/14 9:10 a.m. A caller said a complex manager and their employees were high on meth and several vehicles had been broken into.

6/14 9:24 a.m. A caller was concerned about a man in a car who appeared to be watching people near the 4300 block of Childs Road.

6/14 10:37 a.m. A caller said he removed guns from his daughter's home in Tigard after her husband made threats, and the husband now wanted the guns back. He was advised to contact Tigard PD at some point.

6/14 11:19 a.m. A man said someone was stalking him and his girlfriend and threatened to come to their house that night.

6/14 11:42 a.m. A woman was concerned about a trash can that was covered in plastic wrapping and gray duct tape near the 11800 block of Kerr Parkway. She said it had the smell of a dead animal coming from it.

6/14 12:51 p.m. A caller said a neighbor put up a figure sign of a kid in the street to get motorists to slow down near Albert Circle and Deerbrush Avenue, and he felt this was hazardous.

6/14 2:28 p.m. A caller wanted to discuss a possible stalking issue that occurred when she visited Lake Oswego.

6/14 3:23 p.m. A woman said a dog knocked its owner down and ran at her and her husband near Jefferson Parkway and Del Prado.

6/14 4:56 p.m. A caller was concerned that someone would fall in a hole left by construction workers near the 3600 block of Lakeview Boulevard.

6/14 5:48 p.m. A caller said someone pointed a gun at them near the 15100 block of Boones Ferry Road.

6/14 6:47 p.m. A suspicious looking vehicle was parked in the middle of a complex and then sped off near the 10 block of Jefferson Parkway.

6/14 6:53 p.m. An employee felt uncomfortable after a customer and her husband called three different times to speak with her. The customer was "vague" but seemed to be trying to get information on who her husband was eating

with the day before due to concerns about infidelity. Then, a friend of the customer called

to say the couple were on

their way and "be prepared for that."

6/14 10:23 p.m. A caller believed there was an underage party going on after seeing lots of people walking up the street and hearing loud music.

6/15 12:55 a.m. People were setting off fireworks near the 1600 block of Aspen Street.

6/15 1:06 a.m. Teens were being loud in a park near the 600 block of 10th Street, and yelled at a resident when he asked them to clear out.

6/15 9:50 a.m. A caller was upset about a neighbor planting trees against a shared fence.

6/15 10:53 a.m. A resident was concerned after seeing a transient man looking into a yard near D Avenue and 4th Street.

6/15 11:30 a.m. A suspicious looking vehicle had been parked for several days near the 14700 block of Davis Lane.

6/15 12:47 p.m. A man was "screaming and banging around" in an apartment at an undisclosed location. He was going through a breakup.

6/15 4:39 p.m. A sex crime involving a juvenile was reported.

6/15 11:31 p.m. Loud music was reported near the 20 block of Briarwood Road.

6/15 11:32 p.m. Loud construction noises were heard near Middlecrest Road and S State Street.

6/16 6:40 p.m. Keys were left in the door of a business near the 10 block of Monroe Parkway.

6/16 10:00 p.m. Teenaged boys were yelling while playing basketball near the 1900 block of Highlands Loop.

6/16 10:23 p.m. A caller was concerned after hearing loud noises coming from a downstairs neighbor's unit. The person was upset and hitting her couch out of frustration.

6/17 12:18 a.m. A loud party was reported near the 18900 block of Bryant Road.

6/17 10:06 a.m. A caller wanted to talk to an officer about a strange message left on her house answering machine.

6/17 10:24 a.m. A man said his brother was threatening to throw his belongings in the river.

6/17 10:43 a.m. A resident wanted to speak with an officer about lights that were installed by a neighbor, as well as another issue.

6/17 11:26 a.m. Four raw burger patties were placed on a walking path near Kerr Parkway and Jefferson Parkway. The person who found them was afraid they'd been poisoned.

6/17 12:02 p.m. A resident wanted to speak with an officer about a neighbor who wouldn't let people park in front of their house and left mean notes on cars.

6/17 3:27 p.m. Two people were seen drinking and littering in a car near the 100 block of Foothills Road.

6/17 4:13 p.m. A caller said the driver of a car in front of him flicked ashes out of the window.

6/17 6:28 p.m. A woman who had shoplifted in the past was seen at a store near the 16100 block of Boones Ferry Road.

6/17 6:39 p.m. Someone was laying in the doorway of a storefront near 5th Street and C Avenue.

6/17 8:00 p.m. A man had been "hanging in the area" near the 300 block of Berwick Road for about 90 minutes.

6/17 9:49 p.m. Fireworks were heard near the 16700 block of Alder Circle.

6/17 10:18 p.m. A suspicious looking vehicle was seen near 2nd Street and C Avenue.

6/18 4:44 a.m. A white van that was supposedly occupied by gypsies was parked near the 400 block of A Avenue.

6/18 7:52 a.m. Three people were causing problems by a bottle drop at an undisclosed location.

6/18 8:08 a.m. Garbage was knocked over and plastic was blowing all over an intersection near Rainbow Drive and Boones Ferry Road.

6/18 11:06 a.m. A man said he lent a saw to an employee and the employee refused to return it, claiming it was stolen from his vehicle.

6/18 1:58 p.m. A woman wanted to speak to an officer about threats made to a corporate office that involved her.

6/18 2:39 p.m. A caller said a neighbor had a camera pointed at her bedroom window.

6/18 5:21 p.m. A man who "seems off" was walking around and scratching/grabbing his crotch near the 200 block of 1st Street.

6/18 5:52 p.m. A silent alarm went off on a bus near Boones Ferry Road and Monroe Parkway.

6/18 6:21 p.m. A "very, very loud" TV as reported near the 5000 block of Foothills Road.

6/18 7:14 p.m. A suspicious looking person was talking and taking pictures outside an undisclosed location. It turned out to be photo shoot.

6/18 7:58 p.m. A resident said a man pulled into her driveway, blocking her and her daughter in, and threated her while pounding the windows. He then served her divorce paperwork.

6/18 8:48 p.m. Someone who "did not look like he belonged" was on a roof at an undisclosed location.

6/18 9:33 p.m. A resident said his daughter got a call at work telling her to open a safe.

6/18 9:56 p.m. A suspicious looking vehicle was parked in front of a home at an undisclosed location.

6/18 10:22 p.m. Eggs were thrown at a house near the 2700 block of Park Road.

6/19 8:46 a.m. A suspicious looking person with disheveled hair was walking behind a kid near the 1500 block of Greentree Road.

6/19 9:55 a.m. A suspicious looking man with one side of his head shaved was seen near Blue Heron Way and Blue Heron Court.

6/19 10:05 a.m. A caller said someone approached his son and asked if he liked gummy bears.

6/19 10:34 a.m. A caller said a deer had a swollen leg and injured foot. The deer was able to walk but the caller wanted officers to be aware.

6/19 11:01 a.m. Graffiti was found in bathroom stalls near the 15500 block of Quarry Road.

6/19 11:14 a.m. A resident was threatening another resident, saying he would hit her.

6/19 11:22 a.m. A caller said a dog had been howling for three days near the 4100 block of Old Gate Road.

6/19 12:07 p.m. A caller said they were being stalked by a neighbor.

6/19 2:05 p.m. A caller had concerns about a congregant coming to church and causing problems.

6/19 2:10 p.m. A caller said it looked like a transient was rolling in the grass and putting her head in someone's sprinklers near 4th Street and C Avenue. Police found her sitting in the sidewalk and found no reason to stop her.

6/19 2:40 p.m. A caller in California said a Lake Oswego resident was violating a restraining order with texts.

6/19 3:55 p.m. A man was seen going through garbage cans and throwing trash in the street near G Avenue and 6th Street.

6/19 4:10 p.m. A caller said neighbors had a Port-A-Potty in the street in front of their house and they wondered if there was an ordinance against that. The homeowners were asked to remove it.

6/19 4:55 p.m. A caller said their 16-year-old son was being aggressive.

6/19 5:58 p.m. A tenant was being verbally aggressive with staff members.

6/19 6:15 p.m. A caller said her ex was served with restraining order papers, then came by and took lots of her belongings.

6/19 7:39 p.m. A man said he was locked inside his apartment after the handle fell off the door, and neighbors couldn't hear him asking for help.

6/19 9:30 p.m. A caller was concerned about a boat that had a water skier who kept falling behind it. n 6/20 7:09 a.m. Flower pots were dumped upside down near the 10 block of Eagle Crest Drive.

6/20 10:10 a.m. A man said he was evicted and wasn't being allowed to get back into the property to get belongings.

6/20 1:18 p.m. A person was being disruptive at the counter of a store and refused to leave.

6/20 1:21 p.m. A suspicious looking man was in a driveway taking pictures of a house near the 700 block of Oak Meadow Court. He was an insurance inspector.

6/20 1:35 p.m. Someone drove into a park and left "a bunch of trash" in park receptacles.

6/20 5:41 p.m. A suspicious looking person was going through trash cans near 7th Street and A Avenue.

6/20 8:17 p.m. A caller said her husband got a message about signing documents, and when he called the number it wasn't a real business. Then a woman came to their door with a clipboard.

6/20 9:07 p.m. A suspicious looking person was going through trash cans near C Avenue and 8th Street.

6/20 9:47 p.m. A vehicle was seen with its emergency lights on near the 100 block of Foothills Road. It was a truck used for watering hanging baskets.

6/21 12:16 a.m. A weird animal that "sounds like a Tasmanian devil" was heard in the bushes near the 5000 block of Jean Road.
