A new city manager is introduced as another retires, and a student lands a role on a Netflix show

— Lake Oswego's new city manager, Martha Bennett, has more than 25 years of experience – including a previous stop as city administrator in Ashland.

— Lakeridge High student Jacob Skidmore was in math class when he learned he'd scored a role on a Netflix show.

— After suffering a concussion during the playoffs, Lake Oswego High School Athlete of the Year Keenan DeRaeve pivoted to serving as unofficial assistant coach during the LOHS lacrosse team's run to a state title.
