- 7/8/19 9:10 a.m. Someone in the 1900 block of Sunburst Terrace reported to police that someone had trimmed their trees overnight and laid the branches neatly in the driveway.

- 7/8/19 12:57 p.m. A motorhome was reported blocking part of an I-205 ramp.

- 7/8/19 2:47 p.m. A caller in the 2500 block of Beacon Hill Drive reported a re-occurring problem with their neighbor playing loud music.

- 7/8/19 3:59 p.m. The Beacon Hill Drive caller called again to report the loud music. When police checked, they heard no loud music.

- 7/8/19 4:22 p.m. Someone reported they found their brother dead in his RV.

- 7/8/19 10:47 p.m. A caller told police that a resident at their place of employment had been missing for 20 minutes. The missing person was found in an office in the building.

- 7/9/19 8:58 a.m. An employee at a bank told police they were on the phone with someone who made suicidal statements. When the suicidal caller spoke with her mom, she sounded fine.

- 7/9/19 9:17 a.m. A caller told police that an elderly driver ran over a stop sign at the intersection of Blankenship and Johnson Roads.

- 7/9/19 9:28 a.m. A woman called police saying she believed she was the victim of mail fraud.

- 7/9/19 9:52 a.m. Someone reported to police syringes were lying next to a guardrail on Willamette Falls Drive.

- 7/9/19 10:03 a.m. A caller told police their daughter was alone in her grandfather's house and believed someone was trying to enter the house. It was a roofer and everything was OK.

- 7/9/19 10:35 a.m. Police received a call from someone who said their contractor was doing work on their house when they took off in the homeowners' van, which they tracked to Northeast Portland. Police located the contractor and the van.

- 7/9/19 11:06 a.m. A caller on Dillow Drive wanted to speak to an officer about fireworks still being set off in the middle of the night.

- 7/9/19 11:21 a.m. Police received a call from someone at the Adult Community Center who was concerned about lending money to other people for rent.

- 7/9/19 6:32 p.m. Police cited someone with DUI and reckless driving and released them to their parents.

- 7/10/19 12:23 p.m. A caller reported a custody dispute over a cat between her and her 14-year-old sister. The 14-year-old brought the cat when she moved in, the caller said, but did not take care of it. The caller said they started caring for the cat and came to view it as theirs but now that the sister is leaving, she thinks she is going to take it.

- 7/10/19 12:49 p.m. A man told police that he was being harassed by someone who had called him 5-40 times a day since April.

- 7/10/19 1:49 p.m. A trailer being pulled by a truck reportedly tipped over.

- 7/10/19 4:20 p.m. A traffic accident occurred at Willamette Falls Drive and Sunset Avenue.

- 7/10/19 4:20 p.m. Police received a call about an off-leash dog at Sunburst Park. The owner was found, but the caller told police they had seen the woman hit the dog on the head multiple times.

- 7/10/19 4:41 p.m. A caller told police they were being harassed by another driver.

- 7/10/19 6:50 p.m. Someone in the 18600 block of Midhill Drive reported to police theft of a package.

- 7/10/19 8:24 p.m. A caller reported receiving threatening messages from a friend who threatened to shoot her family and the police if they showed up. Police checked on the one making threats, who had no weapons and no real intent to harm anyone.

- 7/11/19 9:03 a.m. A caller told police a man was sitting on a rock with his pants down at Willamette Park.

- 7/11/19 10:56 a.m. An officer issued citations to cars on Hoodview Avenue after receiving complaints.

- 7/11/19 12:17 p.m. Someone told police they felt unsafe because a contractor with whom they had argued earlier would return to pick up his tools that afternoon.

- 7/11/19 12:31 p.m. An employee at Safeway told police that two people who were involved in a car accident were in the parking lot but not exchanging info.

- 7/11/19 2:04 p.m. A caller on Wildwood Drive told police that dirty water was running down the street. When police arrived, there was minimal water on the street and crews were already taking measures to contain it.

- 7/11/19 2:52 p.m. Police received a call about a man masturbating in Willamette Park.

- 7/11/19 3:12 p.m. A car accident was reported on Meek Way.

- 7/11/19 3:28 p.m. A caller told police they found a lost dog with no tags around Cedaroak Drive.

- 7/11/19 4:20 p.m. Someone in the 6000 block of West A Street told police they had ongoing issues with a neighbor, the most recent of which involved him yelling at a passing driver.

- 7/11/19 6:30 p.m. A caller told police a drunk man was yelling at people outside Market of Choice.

- 7/11/19 7:11 p.m. Police received a call about a disputed property line. The caller said their neighbor has sent a letter asking for rent for some of his belongings that are on the property line.

- 7/11/19 8:54 p.m. A man in the 19700 block of Spring Ridge Drive told police he saw a cougar cub.

- 7/11/19 10:04 p.m. A caller in the 3400 block of Chelan Drive told police their neighbors were being loud in their hot tub.

- 7/12/19 1:20 a.m. Someone in the 2600 block of Gloria Drive told police their house was egged.

- 7/12/19 8:18 a.m. A caller in the 1400 block of Village Park Place told police someone was threatening to steal his tools and destroy his things.

- 7/12/19 12:30 p.m. Police received a call about a house that was egged overnight.

- 7/12/19 1:03 p.m. Someone told police their 24-year-old son was being blackmailed online. The son reportedly shared a compromising video with an unknown person over Skype.

- 7/12/19 3:47 p.m. A caller in the 2000 block of Virginia Lane told police their neighbor put a trampoline on her property. Police said that according to a map, the trampoline was not technically on her property. The caller said she would have a professional surveyor locate the property lines.

- 7/12/19 3:56 p.m. Someone in the 18600 block of Upper Midhill Circle told police they paid for liquid cement but the seller never came back with the cement.

- 7/12/19 4:51 p.m. A caller told police that they did work for someone who had agreed to pay $2,000. But the person apparently only paid $1,000 and was refusing to pay any more.

- 7/12/19 6:53 p.m. Someone in the 2300 block of Tulane Street told police they heard a loud bang like a gunshot.

- 7/12/19 10:07 p.m. A caller told police that kids shot illegal fireworks toward a house in the 2200 block of Greene Street.

- 7/12/19 10:13 p.m. Police received a call about an ongoing neighbor dispute over someone parking in the no parking zone. The caller and the neighbors, who live in the 4700 block of Chinook Street, reportedly got into a heated discussion that evening.

- 7/13/19 8:37 a.m. A caller at Market of Choice told police that gardeners were using blowers at 8 a.m.

- 7/13/19 10:28 a.m. Someone driving on I-205 reported to police that a Jeep cut them off.

- 7/13/19 11:36 a.m. A caller told police that they kept hearing a child scream, "Don't! Don't!" and believed it was coming from somewhere near Sunset Primary School.

- 7/13/19 11:41 a.m. Someone in the 20300 block of Noble Lane told police that they backed into a car, causing minor damage but couldn't find the owner.

- 7/13/19 1:03 p.m. A caller reported to police that a man with the U.S. Census Department came to his door to ask him questions.

- 7/13/19 2:10 p.m. Police received a call from someone in the 18700 block of Nixon Avenue complaining that someone selling magazines for Urban Nation Entertainment rang her doorbell.

- 7/13/19 3:02 p.m. A man in the 1400 block of 15th Street told police that their neighbor was a bad driver and when he tried to talk to her about it, she became angry.

- 7/13/19 3:24 p.m. Police received a call from someone in the 25500 block of Katherine Court who said someone trespassed on their property.

- 7/13/19 8:29 p.m. Someone in the 400 block of Springtree Lane that kids were screaming in a pool.

- 7/13/19 10:29 p.m. Someone called police from Lil Cooperstown Bar and Grill about a drunk and disruptive customer.

- 7/13/19 11:01 p.m. A caller on Marylhurst Drive reported to police hearing a noise, possibly music.

- 7/14/19 9:08 a.m. Someone told police that the car driven by their son was covered in fast food items overnight.

- 7/14/19 12:31 p.m. A man told police that 10 cars were parked in the boat trailer spots at Willamette Park.

- 7/14/19 12:37 p.m. A caller told police that an older man carrying a red binder and possibly a thermos walked into Maddax Woods.

- 7/14/19 1:15 p.m. A woman told police that their neighbors often mow the lawn and pressure wash their property shortly after 7 a.m.

- 7/14/19 3:11 p.m. A caller told police that someone spun their tires, spewing gravel in the parking lot at Mary S. Young Park.

- 7/14/19 7:23 p.m. A man went to the police station to discuss a parking ticket.

- 7/14/19 7:41 p.m. Someone reported seeing people camping under the bridge near the McLean House. Police advised the campers that they were on ODOT property and they agreed to pack up and leave.

- 7/14/19 10:16 p.m. A caller in the 2300 block of Century Lane complained about the volume of their neighbor's music. When police spoke with the neighbors, they agreed to turn the music down.
