The camp is open to players entering grades 7-12 and will be led by the Lions' varsity staff

West Linn's best boys soccer players are ready to get to work.

The 2019 Preseason Boys Soccer Camp, open to players entering grades 7-12, is set for Aug. 12-15 at West Linn High School's stadium field. The camp will run from 1:30 to 4 p.m. each day.

The cost is $125 per player; camp attendees should bring either cash or a check to the first day of the camp. Players should also bring cleats, shin guards, running shoes, a ball, water and their completed clearance forms. The clearance form is available on the West Linn boys soccer website by clicking here.

The camp is advertised on the team website as "a great place for athletes wanting to participate in the 2019 boys soccer program at WLHS. Players will be working directly with the WLHS coaching staff toward getting their all-around game ready for tryouts. Drills and games will be used to reinforce the technical, tactical, and physical aspects of the game. Athletes participating in the camp will have a great opportunity to connect with the coaching staff and receive clear instruction on improving their individual game."
